Scholarship Award Program

The Indiana Boer Goat Association Scholarship was established in September 2017 to assist IBGA members furthering their college education.

The funding for these scholarships is made possible through generous contributions from sponsors as well as fundraising activities.

Scholarship criteria/eligibility

• Must be an active, current, IBGA member

• Must be a Junior in high school or older

• Members who have received the scholarship award in previous years may reapply

• Must be submitted through email by February 15, 2026.

• Please submit the following:

  • Application

  • Two (2) letters of recommendation (non-family members)

  • Personal essay

• Notification/announcement of recipient

  • Winner(s) will be announced on March 21, 2026.
